How to join ?

Passive member

All students enrolled in one of the GSI Master's programmes are passive members of the MSOGSI.

Students enrolled at the University of Geneva who have expressed their written desire to join are eligible to become members of the Association. Upon joining, they acquire passive membership status.

Active member

Active members are those who actively participate in organising events. They are members of the General Assembly of Committees.

Passive members may become active members by getting involved in organising the Association's activities.

Alumni member

On an exceptional basis, former students who were enrolled at the University of Geneva and completed a Master's degree within the GSI may also apply for membership.

They must submit their application to the board and will automatically become Alumni Members.

Composition

The MSOGSI is managed by the board, comprised of a president, two vice-presidents, a treasurer, and two secretaries. The board is elected by the active members for a mandate of one year.

Active members may join one or more of the three Committees: Events, Communications, and Journalistic. New committees may be created at the initiative of motivated members.
